Field needs cleaning up

I live on the 200 block of Lineberger Street. Right across from my house is a field overgrown with weeds and grass. I've called the building inspector's office three times about getting something done, but I haven't heard from them yet. I think whoever owns this property should keep it up. My neighbors and I keep our property looking the best we can. I have to call every summer about this same situation.
