Neal Center travel calendar

Neal Center has the following trips planned during the summer:

July 10 - High Point Furniture Capital
Guided tour of High Point, the High Point Museum and Historical Park, "The World's Largest Chest of Drawers, lunch at J & S Cafeteria, Tour Mendenhall Plantation, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, shop for treasures at Replacements, LTD
Depart Senior Center 7:30 a.m.; return, 6:30 p.m.
Cost:  $47 per person, includes:  Lunch

Aug. 2 - Narroway Dinner Theater, Rock Hill, S.C.
"The Gospel According to Tennessee" - This foot-stompin', heart-tuggin' story takes you to a place where life moves a little slower as Grandma Lessie tells us how it might have been if Jesus had been born in East Tennessee!  The greatest story ever told comes to life in a whole new way!
Board at Senior Center at 11:15 a.m.; return at 4:30 p.m.
Cost:  $54 per person; Includes: Lunch at Narroway

Aug. 23 - Wohlfhart Haus Dinner Theater,  Wytheville, Va.
"Smokey Joe's Café" - Savor a four-course lunch, then sit back and enjoy this Grammy Award-Winning musical revue that pays tribute to the golden age of Rock and Roll!  It features over 30 popular songs and was the longest running revue on Broadway!
Board at Senior Center at 8 a.m.; return at 8 p.m.
Cost:  $81 per person; Includes: Lunch

Sept. 5 - The Bill Gaither Concert, Time Warner Cable Arena, Charlotte
